随着又一批莘莘学子走出校园，关于人才的讨论再一次成为人们关注的焦点。对于大学生来说，如何成为有用之才，找到一份理想的工作是他们最为关注的话题；而同样的，寻觅企业发展所需的优秀人才也是企业家所关注的头等大事。究竟一流的企业家看中怎样的人才？这些人才需要具备怎样的素质？只有当企业的需求和学生们的困惑同时呈现在我们面前，我们才能更清楚地发现两者的差异，并探究差异之源，寻求解决之道。由此，“头脑风暴校园行”的活动为企业和大学生提供一个互动的平台，邀请国际知名企业 CEO一起走进校园，与在校大学生们进行一次最平等和真实的沟通。

继复旦校园的头脑风暴之后，校园行系列的第二站来到了中国的最高学府——北京大学，并将目光聚焦在名校生这个群体。相比与其他学校，名校生迈出校门的那一步是否轻松、潇洒得多？相对的，企业又如何看待名校生的价值？拨开名校的光环，名校生的优势和劣势到底是什么？头脑风暴邀请亚信公司董事长丁健、太平洋建设集团董事长严介和以及雀巢公司中国商务经理孙莉，与来自北大、清华与人大的三位学生嘉宾一起探讨名校生在成才和就业中所面临的问题。
