目前是家庭主妇的崔怡真，平常必须负起责任照顾家人的大小事，因此对于生活相关常识绝对能轻鬆拿分！而年纪轻轻就已经当妈妈的他，如果赢得百万奖金，第一件事就是要帮小孩储蓄，为他们的将来做準备喔！

10岁就跟著家人到大陆生活的陈庠宏，对于大陆用语及风土民情无所不知，而今年準备就读华冈艺校戏剧科的他，为了负担庞大的学费，今天非得发挥实力赢得百万奖金不可！

在上一集9/8（二）中，大老二邱裕闵一路以黑马之姿过关斩将，最后再资格赛拿到3800分的高分进入顶尖对决百万奖金挑战赛，面对的是甫上任的卫冕者林咏馨，在比赛过程中大学生邱裕闵虽然稍居劣势，但是一到文学题，离学校比较近的邱裕闵马上展现出优势，顺势打败卫冕者林咏馨，成为新任卫冕者！至此卫冕者已经连三换，是否邱裕闵能够稳定下来，朝百万奖金迈进呢？今晚有两位学生、家庭主妇以及气势如虹的超强大老二陈怡菁挑战新科卫冕者邱裕闵，究竟今晚最后谁会露出胜利的笑容呢？
